Mykhailo Mudryk unveiled as Chelsea’s fifth January signing

Chelsea’s latest signing Mykhailo Mudryk has sent a message to supporters after completing an £88million transfer from Shakhtar Donetsk. Mudryk becomes the fifth player to secure a move to Stamford Bridge in the January transfer window. Mudryk walked onto the pitch to be welcomed by fans with a Ukraine flag wrapped around his shoulders as he wore the Chelsea shirt for the first time.

The Ukraine international has signed an eight-and-a-half year contract and is set to wear the No.15 jersey. Mudryk has now sent his first message to fans as he prepares to train with his new teammates ahead of their trip to Anfield to face Liverpool next weekend. The £88million signing said:

“Hi guys, I’m very happy to be here. I can’t wait to see you all!”

Noni Madueke drops major Chelsea transfer hint

Noni Madueke has hinted that he wants to sign for Chelsea in the January transfer window. football.london has been told that talks with PSV are ongoing and Christopher Vivell is driving the Blues’ move for the talented winger. The Dutch outfit are thought to want a fee in the region of £40million to let Madueke leave this month.

Barcelona are urgently seeking legal clarity over a potential deal to re-sign Pierre Emerick- Aubameyang from Chelsea, according to The Telegraph. The report reveals Barca want to bring Aubameyang back to Camp Nou on a free transfer after his disappointing spell at Chelsea, where he was subbed after coming off the bench against Manchester City earlier this month. Under Fifa rules, Aubameyang can only play for Chelsea or Barcelona this season.
