Double striker interest
Chelsea are eyeing one of Dusan Vlahovic or Tammy Abraham to help solve their striker issues in the transfer window, according to Calciomercato. The report claims that the Blues are following both Serie A stars as options, with the former potentially available after financial issues at Juventus. As for Abraham, Chelsea do have a buyback clause for the summer that can be triggered, however it is said that they want to avoid paying that and are looking to negotiate with AS Roma on a deal.
Chelsea hijack Arsenal’s Mudryk move
Chelsea are looking to land a significant blow to London rivals Arsenal in the January transfer window by landing their number one target Mykhaylo Mudryk. Reports claim that the Shakhtar Donetsk winger is one of a number of players profiled heading into the market.
Chelsea have been urged to avoid a potential transfer move for Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho by former defender Glen Johnson. It comes after the 22-year-old has struggled to find a way into the team at Old Trafford since his big money switch from Borussia Dortmund.
